When you visit pacificpickleworks.com, place an order, or sign up for our newsletter, we may collect:

• Contact details — name, email, shipping address, phone number.
• Order data — items purchased, payment method, billing address. Payment card numbers are processed by our payment provider; we never store them on our servers.
• Account credentials if you create a Subscribe & Save account.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, device, pages visited, referring site. Cookies are explained below.

• To fulfill orders, ship products, and provide customer support.
• To send transactional emails (order confirmation, shipping updates).
• To send marketing emails — only if you've opted in. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• To improve the site through aggregated analytics.
• To prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations.

We keep order records for 7 years to comply with tax and accounting requirements. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained for 14 months.

We use HTTPS site-wide, payment-card tokenization, and standard industry practices to protect your data. No system is 100% secure, but we work to minimize risk.

The site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe we have, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced on this page, and we will update the "Last updated" date at the top.
