ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed and shipped from our facility in Santa Barbara, California. Orders placed Monday through Friday before 12:00 PM PT are typically shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PT or on weekends and holidays will ship the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

WHERE WE SHIP

We currently ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship internationally. For wholesale or large-quantity orders, please contact us directly at hello@pacificpickleworks.com.

PERISHABLE PRODUCTS

Pacific Pickle Works products are shelf-stable and do not require refrigeration during shipping. However, we recommend refrigerating all products after opening. We do not ship with ice packs or insulated packaging as our products are vinegar-brined and safe at ambient temperatures during transit.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING

During peak holiday periods (Thanksgiving week, Christmas/New Year), processing times may extend by 1–2 additional business days. We recommend ordering at least 10 days before a holiday deadline to ensure on-time delivery. We will post any holiday shipping cutoff dates on our homepage.

DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and photos of any damage. We will file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement at no charge. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS

Subscribe & Save orders follow the same shipping schedule as regular orders. Your subscription will ship on the billing date selected during signup. You can update your shipping address, frequency, or skip a shipment at any time through your account or by contacting us.
