RETURN POLICY

30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

We stand behind every jar we pack. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days and we'll make it right — full refund or replacement, no questions asked. Return shipping is on us.

What We Accept Returns On

We accept returns on all Pacific Pickle Works products purchased directly through our website (pacificpickleworks.com) within 30 days of delivery.

  • Unopened jars in original condition
  • Opened jars if you are unsatisfied with the flavor, texture, or quality
  • Damaged or defective products (please include a photo)
  • Incorrect items received
  • Gift orders — the recipient can initiate a return or exchange

What We Cannot Accept

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products purchased from third-party retailers (contact the retailer directly)
  • Products returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Products that have been intentionally misused or tampered with

How to Start a Return

Starting a return is simple. Just reach out to us by email or phone and we'll take care of the rest:

  2. 2We'll reply within 1 business day with a prepaid return label (if applicable)
  3. 3Ship the product back using the provided label
  4. 4Your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times:

  • Credit/debit cards: 5–7 business days
  • PayPal: 3–5 business days
  • Shop Pay: 3–5 business days
  • Original shipping charges are refunded if the return is due to our error

Exchanges

Prefer an exchange over a refund? We're happy to swap your product for a different flavor or size. Just mention your preference when you contact us and we'll set it up. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Subscription Orders

Subscribe & Save orders follow the same 30-day return policy. If you need to cancel, pause, or modify your subscription, you can do so at any time through your account or by contacting us directly. There are no cancellation fees.
