All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, if a product is mispriced, out of stock, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.

Orders are accepted only when we send you a shipping confirmation. Promotional codes are subject to specific terms shown at checkout and may be combined only if explicitly stated.

Subscribe & Save orders ship automatically on the schedule you select. You can pause, skip, change, or cancel anytime from your account dashboard or by emailing us. We charge your payment method on file before each shipment.

We do our best to describe ingredients, allergens, and net weights accurately. If you have a severe allergy, please read the label on the jar before consuming. We disclaim liability for typographical errors.

If you submit a review, photo, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use it for marketing and on our site, with attribution to your first name and city.

All site content — including the Pacific Pickle Works name, logos, product names, recipes, photographs, and copy — is owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission, except for personal, non-commercial use of recipes.

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.

Our total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the site is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Santa Barbara County, California.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept them.
