The Bloody Maria bar is the most impressive thing you can do for a weekend brunch, and it's almost entirely hands-off once you set it up. Our Bloody Mary Elixir is the foundation — just set out the bottle, a bottle of tequila (blanco or reposado both work), and let guests build their own. The real magic is the garnish spread: line up every PPW pickle you have, some celery, olives, lemon wedges, and hot sauce, and watch people get creative. We've seen some truly inspired garnish towers at PPW events.

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1

Set up the bar: arrange the Elixir bottles, tequila, ice bucket, and glasses at one end of the table. Place small bowls of celery salt and Tajín for rimming.

  2. 2

Arrange the garnishes in small bowls, jars, or directly on a cutting board in the center of the table. Stand the Asparagusto spears upright in a small glass.

  3. 3

Provide a ratio card or small sign: '4 oz Elixir + 1.5 oz tequila + squeeze of lemon over ice.' Let guests customize from there.

  4. 4

Have skewers or toothpicks available for building garnish towers.

  5. 5

Replenish garnishes as needed. The Elixir can be pre-poured into a large pitcher for easy serving.

PRO TIPS

  • Pre-rim a batch of glasses the night before and store them in the fridge — it saves time and looks impressive.
  • For a non-alcoholic option, set out sparkling water as a mixer alongside the tequila.
